We look at your brand and your creative. If we think we can place your next creative strategist, a talent advisor reaches out. If not, we keep your request on file and get back in touch when the pool fits.
How are strategists screened?
Runneth reads every application and portfolio first. The strategists who pass are interviewed, reacting live to real ads we put in front of them and explaining why they work. Runneth reads every interview. A talent advisor makes the final call on who enters the pool.
What do I actually receive?
A short shortlist, not a stack. Each name comes with Runneth’s written assessment and your advisor’s read. You decide who to meet.
